Throughout her career she has developed strong relationships with contractors, consultancies and developers, helping businesses recruit talented professionals across a wide range of disciplines.

Alongside recruitment, Jessica has a Degree in Psychology and experience in Learning and Development, giving her a broader understanding of how people grow within organisations and how successful careers are built.

She is passionate about delivering an honest, consultative recruitment service that genuinely benefits both clients and candidates.

Grant Gunn

Grant brings over 14 years of recruitment experience within the construction industry.

Beyond recruiting, Grant has played a key role in building and leading successful recruitment businesses. His experience spans business growth, operational management, internal recruitment, team development and helping scale agencies from the inside out.

This commercial understanding enables him to advise clients not only on hiring, but on building stronger teams and recruitment strategies.
